The president is the chairman of the Management Committee and is responsible for the general management of the society. The aspirant to the position of the president must have been an active member of the society for not less than 8 years.

This position deputizes for the president in the event of his absence. This position is open to members who have been in the company for a minimum of 5 years and have been a member of the society for not less than 5 years.

The general secretary is responsible for the general administration, interface with third parties, and staff administration. The aspirant to this position must have been a member of the society for not less than 5 years.

The Treasurer is the cash officer of the society. He/she is responsible for all payments, receipts, banking, and investments of the society. The aspirant to this position must have been a member of the society for not less than 5 years and must be a Chartered Accountant in good standing.

This is the chief accounting officer of the society. He or she must have at least 5 years in the company and must have been a member of the society for a least 5 years. Also, he must be a Chartered Accountant in good standing.

Assistant Secretary must have been in the company for a minimum of 5 years and must have been a member of the society for a minimum of 5 years.

This position is available to assist any member of the management committee in his/her role. Any member vying for this position must have been a member for at least 5years.
